Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer relationship management systems - CRM
Ensure accurate and up to date data entry, including customer information, sales activities, and opportunity
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance
Collaborate with sales team members to improve and streamline sales processes
Support the sales team by providing training, resources, and tools to enhance their effectiveness
Collaborate with other departments and upper management to identify business goals

Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Industrial management or equivalent field
1-2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field, in a complex and fast-paced environment
Able to work at all levels within the Sales organization to support and coach where necessary the knowledge required to achieve target
Able to conduct analysis of data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages and reports
Experience with CRM relevant systems: Sales force, Sap or similar
Exceptional communication skills
Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluent level english
