We are developing a unique solution for avoidance of mid-air collision between both manned and unmanned platforms operating simultaneously in a dense space.
We are seeking an C++ developer to participate in building collision detection/collision avoidance software and air traffic simulation software for testing of the algorithms.
The developer will be developing separate modules and/or the entire applications, should be collaborating with a team and obtaining and integrating end-user feedback.
The development is very dynamic (frequent new ideas, occasional requirements changes).
The responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code
Optimizing software by performing maintenance, updates, and upgrades
Documenting and maintaining software development.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in SW development.
At least 4 years of full time C/C++ (C++ certification may be is a big plus)
Experience with development on Ubuntu or other Linux environment
Experience with Qt
OOP/OOD important
Basics of math - linear algebra, vectors, 3D geometry is needed
Good collaboration and communication skills.
Familiarity with Google maps or other similar platform or GIS solution
Familiarity with aviation related development: drones, avionics etc.
Previous experience with simulators
