Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from purchasing the raw materials to the delivery of the final product.
Secure the company’s delivery plan by managing the supply chain of the key suppliers, including contract manufacturing, Turn-Key assemblies and technologies.
Responsible for agreements with suppliers – negotiate proposals, prices and specifications, ensure performance and delivery on time.
Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry of electronics components, pcb manufacturing and assembly.
Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
Inventory management
Establish processes designed to optimize and improve work and measure KPI for
purchasing
Budget planning and control
Manage the operations team and collaborate with other teams at the company.
Requirements:
5+ Years of experience in similar positions in a global high tech/industrial companies
BA/MBA
Managerial experience - must
Previous experience in Electronics components & suppliers sourcing.
In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation of terms.
Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques and ability to “read” the market.
Knowledge in Priority ERP system – an advantage.
Excellent English.
