We are seeking a Head of Global Pre-Sales Engineering Department to join C4I & Cyber division in Netanya, Israel
What you will do?
As a Head of Global Pre-Sales Department, you will lead teams of Pre-Sale professionals who are the voice of the customer, acting as a technical liaison between internal R&D teams and customers
You will lead the strategy of the department and will be responsible to manage your teams to solve customer issues by providing technological demonstrations with the customers in Israel and abroad and support technical requirements for internal key stakeholders on the product and engineering managerial partners
You will also support and build your team to educate new and potential strategic customers on existing and new features from development to deployment
Building a training, retention of the human resource and development the plan for the various teams according to the required qualifications
Budgetary management, work plans and priorities with the business units and their managers
Responsible of carrying out technological demonstrations with the company's customers in Israel and abroad
Attending exhibitions around the global and lead demonstrations with industry leaders
Understanding the customer’s needs and prioritizing the development of tools accordingly
Leading simultaneously multiple projects globally and cooperate with cross-functional departments in Elbit
Leading the strategizing roadmap of product, tools, and training programs to hit KPIs
This role will require frequent travel.

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant degree in Engineering or related fields - advantage
MBA - advantage
At least 3 years of managerial experience of Engineering \ Presale \ Marketing \ Program management teams
Combat / technical unit past service at senior command ranks - advantage
Solid understanding of IT projects and advanced technical systems
Experience at management of subcontractors, budget and work plans
The ability to work and lead in a dynamic, cross-functional, team-based environment
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and continuously re-prioritize while maintaining a constant focus on the strategic goals of the department
Fluency in Hebrew and English is a requirement (verbal and written)
