Elbit System Natanya, Radio Department group develops and integrates complex MANET (Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks) systems for tactical communication at the battlefield. The MANET systems can contain dozens and even hundreds of Radios that need to communicate and transfer data, voice and video services throughout the network under tactical environment
For a new and innovative product, we are looking for a Networking system engineer who has an extensive experience in IP networking
The engineer will be part of a team that design and develop a tactical MANET system in the fields of networking and broadband connectivity, including cutting edge wireless communication technologies and data processing
You will Work in R&D team at the system level and will be in charge of performances issues in the MANET system and its connectivity to the entire tactical network

Bsc. Degree in relevant areas to data communication
Extensive knowledge and solid academic background in networking issues especially with IP networking
Prior experience with wireless systems is an advantage
Ability and experience in converting innovative ideas into solid products with real value
Ability to analyze networking system level issues with the ability of pin pointing the problem
