Elbit System is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in Netanya, Israel.
Elbit is an international high technology company engaged in a wide range of defense, homeland security, and commercial programs.
As a Pre-Sales Engineer in the BD unit, you will be the voice of the customer, acting as a technical liaison between internal R&D teams and customers. You will solve customer issues by providing technological demonstrations with the customers in Israel and abroad and support technical requirements for internal key stakeholders on the product and engineering teams. You will also educate new and potential customers on existing and new features from development to deployment. This role will require frequent travel.
The role is primary responsibility for providing technical presales support including, but not limited to:
Carrying out technological demonstrations with the company's customers in Israel and abroad
Attend exhibitions around the global and lead demonstrations with industry leaders
Understanding the customer’s needs and prioritizing the development of tools accordingly
Working simultaneously on multiple projects globally and with cross-functional teams in Elbit to support technical enablement for potential and existing customers
Support the strategizing roadmap of product, tools, and training programs to hit KPIs

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant degree in Computer Science or related fields
Experience at Presale \ Marketing \ Program management roles or Combat / technical unit past service at significant command positions
In-depth understanding of IT projects and advanced technical systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and self-motivation
The ability to work well in a dynamic, cross-functional, team-based environment and
Ability to work independently and serve the team as an entrepreneur
Excellent communication skills, cross-functional team management, and presentation skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and continuously re-prioritize while maintaining a constant focus on participating in the sales process
Fluency in Hebrew and English is a requirement (verbal and written)
