We are seeking an experienced product leader to lead the development and implementation of a new cyber security product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vulnerability research, operational security and software development. They will be responsible for leading a team of both software developers and security researchers and ensuring our product meets the highest standards of security and performance.
Our new cyber security product is an on-premises solution designed for international, highly sophisticated customers. It is a comprehensive security solution that aims to disrupt key aspects of the industry and pave the way for complicated, yet very valuable, operational successes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, including vulnerability researchers, penetration testers, and software developers. You are expected to be the technological leader
Lead the design and architecture of our solution, as well as write HLD and LLD documents. Lead the conversation with our customers to ensure our design meets the operational requirements
Develop and implement operational security policies and mechanisms to ensure the safety and integrity of our product in an operational environment
Collaborate with other teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure our product meets the needs of our customers
Deploy the product on multiple environments, often on remote premises, considering heavily changing network and infrastructure requirements
Manage project timelines and goals, and ensure that the team is meeting their deliverables

7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on vulnerability research, operational security and penetration testing
3+ years of experience either in team leading or similar roles
Strong leadership skills, with experience leading and managing teams, including setting milestones and providing project visibility
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and operational security principles and best practices
Experience with software development and management, including agile methodologies
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with security tools and technologies, including intrusion detection and prevention systems, firewalls, and encryption technologies
