Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of the cyber domain and a proven track record of successfully leading projects in fast-paced and dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects. Our company is small but rapidly growing, with tier-1 customers, and we need someone who can move fast, adapt to change, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead project planning, execution, and control activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and scope, and develop detailed project plans.
· Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
· Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and proactively manage expectations.
· Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, and lead by example in terms of professionalism, commitment, and excellence.

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the cyber domain.
· Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects within budget and timeline constraints.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
· Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
· Proficient in spoken and written English.
