A well-established company in Israel (traded on the Tel Aviv stock exchange) for providing technological solutions in the worlds of FinTech, Invest Tech, Legal Tech, and Business Tech, is looking for a highly motivated and talented Software Team Leader with excellent technical and interpersonal skills to join our capital market development team.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team (including Hands-on development)
• Lead requirements analysis, software design, and architecture
• Managing development, testing, and deployment of applications and systems at scale
• Improve existing software
• Keep excellent SDLC practices: unit tests, integration tests, code quality, documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Work in an agile environment.
Requirements:
• 7+ years as a .NET Software Developer
• Hands-on experience with server-side applications and software infrastructures development using .NET, C#, TCP/IP, ASP.NET, WCF, Multi-Threading, WIN32 API
• Great knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL, SQL Databases
• Strong design and architecture skills of both desktop applications and backend services
• Hands-on experience with client-side applications development using WinForms/WPF, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proven experience with writing testable code (+ unit testing)
• Experience and deep understanding of Agile and Lean product development methodologies
• Great interpersonal communication
• B.Sc. in computer science or an equivalent
The position is located in Bnei Brak (Hayarkon St.) Working in a Hybrid model (3 days from the office and 2 days from home).
Job scope: full time, Sunday-Thursday, 09:00-18:00.
